DELIVERY, RETURN & REFUND POLICY FOR HERBITEC (M) SDN BHD
Herbitec (M) Sdn Bhd ("Company", "we", "us", "our") is the operator of www.herbitec.com ("Site").By placing an order through this Site, you will be agreeing to the terms below. These are provided to ensure both parties are aware of and agree upon this arrangement to mutually protect and set expectations on our service.
Items offered on our Site are only available for delivery to addresses in Peninsular Malaysia. Any shipments outside of Malaysia are unavailable at this time. But, do email us if you have somewhere in mind, we will try to assist.
All orders are subject to stock availability. We try maintaining accurate stock counts on our Site but from time-to-time there may be a stock discrepancy and we will be unable to fulfill all your items at time of purchase.
If we are unable to meet the estimated delivery date, we shall not be liable for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges or expenses arising out of the late delivery.
We are not responsible for wrong or undeliverable addresses. In case the courier service returned the parcel due to wrong address, we will contact buyer immediately through the phone or email.
When will I receive my order?
Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. All orders are processed and dispatched within 3 to 5 working days upon confirmation of order and are shipped via courier with tracking.
Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfill your order within 21 business days of the date of your order. Business day means Monday to Friday, except Public Holidays. the date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery and the items ordered.
What are the delivery rates?
Shipping costs are fixed at RM10 for peninsular Malaysia. Additional shipping charges may apply to remote areas or for large or heavy items. Payment for shipping will be collected with the purchase.
Can I cancel my order after order has been shipped?
Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate to your request for cancellation once the item has been shipped.
Return & Refund Policy
What are the return & refund policy?
Orders are returnable & refundable if they are incorrect and damaged as defined below:-
Incorrect: The item is not the item you ordered.
Damaged: The item is found to be damaged upon receipt.
We does not refund for products:
- Obtained from a source other than https://www.herbitec.com
- Change of order and cancellation of order will not be permitted once payment has been confirmed.
- Any cancellations due to a change of mind will not be accepted.
Shipping costs for your order are non-refundable.
The item must be returned in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached. All the returned items must be shipped back to us within 7 working days at your own cost upon receipt and you must have the proof of purchase.
We reserve the right to reject any cancellation, refund that deemed unfit or unreasonable.
What are the return & refund process?

3. After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least 7 working days from the receipt of your item to process you return or refund.
